To offer vital services to patients far away from their homes, friends and families, we have for International Patient Care Department which take care of all international patient.
While expert medical care is provided by our DOCTORS, Ayushi IVF International Patient Care staffs provide personalized attention and make international patients and their families feel comfortable during their stay Ayushi. Our Manager, Coordinators and counselor speak many languages and assist patients with a variety of details such as scheduling the appointments with our physician, receiving the patients from the airport, escorting patients during the consultation with doctors and to procedures, requesting second medical opinions, providing information about stay and other medical/non-medical services.
To register as a patient:
The first step to becoming a patient at Ayushi IVF is to contact our hospital . Our International Coordinators are fluent in many languages and can assist you in all aspects of your care. It would be helpful if you could email us your needs along with your medical records to ivfayushi@gmail.com or submit the same in the contact Us page for a second opinion with our Doctor in contact us . Once we know about you and your needs it will help us to expedite the process.
Making an appointment:
We welcome a direct or personal approach to our centre for making an appointment by telephone or email. Please bring details of your previous investigations and treatment or any relevant information that may help us to plan you treatment.
We will offer an appointment that is convenient for you, usually within three weeks of initial contact.
Couples from overseas wishing to start a treatment cycle immediately are advised to arrange their initial consultation a week before the onset of the women’s menstrual period. This will enable a minimal amount of waiting before starting treatment and will allow time for any necessary tests to be carried out. However please ensure that appointment times are confirmed before commencing travel to our centre. We are happy to provide a letter in support of VISA application, if required.
You will receive a letter with the appointment time, along with a information pack. This pack contains a registration and deposit form which must be a completed & returned to us prior to your appointment. You appointment will be confirmed on the receipt of the deposit. The pack also contains a questionnaire relating to you and your partner’s past medical and social history, which we want to be completed before the initial consultation. Answering these questions in advance allows more time to be given for discussion with the doctor. If you are unable to answer some of these questions, we will complete them with you during the consultation.
